Business Process Analysis

Based on interviews with your business process owners, PearlDoc inventories and details the processes open for review and optimization using automated paper flow. The as-is analysis is mapped onto the product suites available and suggested review and optimize document and record management workflow.

Entreprise Application Integration

Both QuickFile Suite 4 and the QuickDoc Server 5 are open products. Using open standards and protocols, the information is available to every user and back-office system.

Implementation
The implementation of a PearlDoc product is embedded in a project consisting out of 3 phase:
  • Initiation
  • Realisation
  • Installation

Initiation

Using interviews and a demonstration, PearlDoc defines the project scope. Based on the project scope, PearlDoc makes a solid offer consisting out of products and services.
The final step in the initiation phase is the contract.

Realisation

The interaction between your organisation and PearlDoc is based on single points of contacts. The PearlDoc Project Coordinator initiates and manages the project.
During the complete realisation of the project, the project team remains unchanged.
Following steps are taken:
  • Implementation Analysis

An analysis document is created containing the requested changes and to-be processes. The analysis is reviewed and validated by the project team.

 

The analysis can contain custom changes to be developed on top of the standard products. In this case a development and test phase is included.

  • Development and testing

The features and processes defined in the analysis are developed and tested by the development team.

Eventually proper software is developed to import, export or convert information.

  • Packaging & Documentation

The changes are documented and packaged and a release is made.

Installation

The software is available for installation at the customer site. The installation can be done by or under the supervision of a PearlDoc Engineer.

Support

Once the project has passed the realisation phase; the support phase starts. The handover from the Project Coordinator to the PearlDoc Helpdesk marks the handover from the realisation to the support phase.

 

In this phase, the end-users and administrators of the products receive proper training.

 

The Customer Support Portal is made available to key users of the organization. This Portal is a window on the back-office of PearlDoc regarding all activities taken to support your organization.
